Returns & Refunds
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. That is longer than the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, and it does not affect your legal rights.
What can be returned
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in their original packaging and in saleable condition.
Many of our products are hygiene-sensitive: underwear, leakproof underwear, shapewear, shaping garments, lingerie and other items that come into direct contact with the body. These are supplied with a hygiene seal or protective liner. They can be returned within 30 days as long as that hygiene seal, protective liner, tags and original protective packaging are still fully intact and unopened. Once the seal has been opened, removed or broken, the item can no longer be returned for health-protection and hygiene reasons, in line with applicable consumer law.
How to start a return
Returns are handled by email. Please do not send anything back before your return has been approved.
- Email info@everleyofficial.com within 30 days of delivery, stating your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We reply with the return form and the return address, and confirm whether your item qualifies.
- Complete the form, pack the item securely with the seal intact, and send it using a tracked and insured service.
- Email your tracking number to info@everleyofficial.com.
Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
If an item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping and refund you in full. Contact us and we will arrange it.
Your refund
Once your return has been received and approved, we refund the price of the returned item within 14 days, to your original payment method.
Original shipping costs, express shipping, priority processing fees, customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are not refunded, unless a refund is required by applicable consumer law or the item was faulty or incorrect.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory legal rights regarding faulty, damaged, incorrectly delivered or non-conforming products.
